No, you cannot customize a pre-made item. However, you can submit a request for a custom item to be made using the custom item request form found on the bottom of any of the site pages or by clicking on the contact page.
-
We take major cards, PayPal, and digital wallets for your convenience.
-
Now that you have submitted your form, I will review your request. Within 5-7 business days, I will send you an e-mail either accepting your commission and giving you next steps or declining your request.
-
If I decline your request, it means that it was not something that was feasible for me to complete or it is something I do not make. If this is the case, I will let you know what options I have that are close to what you requested. If the options I present are okay with you, we will proceed with the request. If you do not like what I suggest, we will end the discussion and I will hope to work with you on a different project within my capabilities.
-
I declined your request because it was not something I could make. Please read over my response e-mail thoroughly. You will find the specific reason for denial provided in the e-mail.

Because items are handmade, all sales are final. However, if you receive a product with a production defect (meaning, I made a mistake when creating the item) please complete the contact form and I’ll work with you to replace the item.
The Beauty of Handmade
Every single item at Custom Creations x Chili is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in my studio—from custom cards (featuring original designs, Cricut die-cuts, and hand-coloring) to handmade clay pieces, custom embroidery, and poured resin crafts.
Because every piece is created by my human hands using authentic craft techniques rather than mass-produced in a factory, no two items will ever be 100% identical.
Small variations are a natural and beautiful part of handmade art. Depending on the medium, these may include:
Cards & Paper Goods: Subtle differences in hand-coloring, paper texture, or minor die-cut placement shifts.
Clay Pieces: Tiny variations in shape, texture, finish, or hand-painted details.
Embroidery: Slight shifts in stitch texture, thread placement, or tension that give each piece character.
Resin Art: Subtle color swirls, natural micro-bubbles, or slight placement variations in embedded elements.
When ordering, please allow a little room for these handmade characteristics. If you are looking for flawless, machine-made perfection, handcrafted items may not be the right fit. Thank you so much for embracing the unique charm of handmade art and supporting my small business!
